Certain parts of the park will be shut down, but we will have site maps to guide visitors through the park attractions.

In August of 2021, city voters approved a half-cent sales tax to help restore and improve the park and to provide safe, ADA-compliant, and desirable quality-of-life amenities, for the city’s residents to enjoy. The Krug park renovation project is budgeted at $12,795,000.

Design will take six months. Construction is slated to begin in the spring of 2025.
